Frequently asked questions
How many tows are included?
Each membership year includes the number of tows shown on your plan (four on the standard plan). A tow is only deducted when the driver completes the job.
What if I cancel a request?
Cancel before the vehicle is loaded and the reserved tow returns to your balance. Dispatch may apply a cancellation policy for repeated late cancellations.
Do unused tows roll over?
No. Your allowance resets when the new membership year starts, whether you renew early or at the end of the term.
What does an included tow cover?
A tow from the pickup point up to the coverage distance on your plan. Extra miles, out-of-area pickups and heavy or oversized vehicles carry itemised surcharges.
What happens when my four tows are used?
You can still request tows. They are billed at the member rate, which is lower than the standard rate, and shown in the estimate before you confirm.
How does payment work?
Memberships and paid tows are paid through SmartKorpor, Sierra Leone's secure payment gateway, using Orange Money, Afrimoney or a bank card. We never see or store your card or wallet details. Paid tows are dispatched once SmartKorpor confirms the payment.
Can I renew early?
Yes. An early renewal on the same plan is scheduled to start when your current term ends, so you lose nothing. Switching plans starts the new plan immediately.
What is the grace period?
If your term ends and you have not renewed, coverage continues for the grace period on your plan while we remind you to renew.
How many vehicles can I register?
Up to the vehicle limit on your plan. You can replace vehicles at any time; removed vehicles stay in your towing history.
Is there an app?
Yes. The Android app uses the same account, membership and requests as this website, and adds push notifications for driver updates.
