What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, address), registered vehicles, the pickup and destination locations of your requests, driver location while a job is active, payment confirmations from our payment provider, and your ratings and support messages.
What we never store
Card numbers and security codes are handled entirely by our payment provider. We keep only a token, the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry date so you can recognise saved cards.
How we use it
To dispatch and track towing jobs, bill memberships and services, send status notifications and renewal reminders, prevent fraud, and improve dispatch performance. Driver location history is kept for dispute resolution and pruned on a schedule.
Sharing
The assigned towing company and driver see the request details they need to perform the job. Our payment, mapping and messaging providers process data on our behalf under contract.
Your choices
You can update your profile, remove vehicles and opt out of marketing in the portal. Contact support@towguard.example to request a copy or deletion of your data.
