How membership works
From sign-up to the roadside, here is what happens and what you can expect from us.

Join and pay once a year
Create an account, pick a plan and pay securely through SmartKorpor by Orange Money, Afrimoney or bank card. Your membership activates the moment the payment is confirmed.

Register your vehicles
Add up to the number of vehicles your plan allows. Each request is tied to a vehicle so the right truck is sent.

Request a tow in seconds
Share your location, choose the service and destination, and review the estimate. Included tows show a zero balance due.

We dispatch the nearest driver
Our dispatch engine offers the job to the closest available driver with a suitable truck. Dispatchers step in if nobody responds.

Track and rate
Follow the driver on the map, get status notifications, and rate the service when it is complete. Invoices are available in your portal.
The fine print, in plain words
- Included tows reset on renewal. Unused tows do not carry over to the next year.
- A tow is only deducted on completion. If you cancel before the vehicle is loaded, the tow goes back to your balance.
- Grace period. If your term ends, coverage continues for the grace period while you renew.
- Renewal. We remind you before your term ends; renew in a tap from your dashboard and the new term starts when the current one finishes, so renewing early never loses time.
- Paid requests are dispatched after payment. If an estimate shows an amount due, the driver is sent once the mobile money or card payment is confirmed.
- Cancel any time. Your coverage runs to the end of the paid term; pending renewals are canceled immediately.
